- Advanced booking is highly recommended to secure your preferred time and type of treatment.
- Please check-in at reception 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid reduced treatment time. Arriving late will decrease your treatment time.
- Subject to availability – appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours cancellation notice.
- A 100% cancellation fee will apply for no shows or any cancellation within less than twenty-four (24) hours from time of appointment.
- Please complete our Guest Questionnaire prior to your treatment. This will help us to assist you in choosing the most suitable Treatment Program.
- To maintain a relaxing environment, please don’t use electronic devices.
- Please keep noise to a minimum.
- Sexual advances, comments or innuendoes are not acceptable. The treatment will end, and be fully charged.
- Children are not allowed to accompany clients.
